Downtown Discovery
a "Scavenger" Hunt for all Ages

A free, all ages "scavenger" hunt in which participants will try to locate twenty architectural designs or items on 1st and 2nd Avenues (Calapooia to Lyons) using numbered photos supplied by the sponsors. The event begins at 11:00 a.m. (January 24) at the Carnegie Library (302 Ferry St. SW) and ends by 2 p.m. at the Albany Regional Museum (136 Lyons Street).

Participants spot the items and mark the number on a map (supplied) to show where each item is. (All can be seen from the sidewalks.) There will be prizes, cookies and hot cider at the end point in the Albany Regional Museum.
